** MOW welcomes community volunteers and groups who would like to plan and hold a MOW special event. Please E-mail or call 716-693-1663 with your idea. Minimum three weeks advance notice required for approval.

Delivery Schedule
DELIVERY SCHEDULE Our dedicated teams, consisting of driver and server, deliver meals from approximately 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM Monday through Friday. We do not deliver on the following holidays:
The new client letter outlines these holidays; in addition, a notice is sent in each cold bag the week before the holiday. Rarely, we must close due to bad weather for our volunteers’ safety (generally, we follow school and road closings). Again, the new client letter will cover specific information regarding closing announcements. If a client is scheduled for an appointment and will not be home for delivery, please call the office (693 – 1663) by no later than 10:00 AM the day of, if not before. If a neighbor is to receive delivery, both hot tray and cold bag should be refrigerated – the tray can be reheated later in a regular or microwave oven. If we are not notified and a meal is delivered, the client will be charged for that meal.
